My title is Social Media Manager. I work directly with the social media department on a long list of projects, including creating a custom hashtag strategy for our clients and helping our clients expand their brand to new audiences.
About 20 years ago I needed a change. Technology is overwhelming and full of information and I was ready to take it on. I took on a new career path and that led me to digital marketing. Ever since starting this new career path it has blessed me with knowledge I never thought I would have. It has truly expanded my mind and how I look at every business. I am going on 20 years now in the Marketing field and looking forward to many many more.
Social media has completely taken over every age group. I’ve also noticed that young kids are starting to get involved with social networking earlier than ever. Tell me this...how much time do you spend DAILY on Facebook, twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Tumblr? We are now in an era where according to digital information world, the average person is spending 2.5 hours a day on social networking sites. That is 17.5 hours a week and 840 hours a year.
When I’m not working I am spending as much as possible with my baby girl and husband. We love traveling and we both enjoy photography. We reside in Wyoming, home of open land and crazy winds lol. When I’m not busy being a momma I am busy with my photography business.
